Monetary donations are used to purchase a variety of things:

  • food that is not frequently donated

  • underwear and socks for the clothing giveaway program

  • back to school supplies

  • family rental and utility assistance

The Common Good is a volunteer based program in which volunteers are essential to fulfilling our mission.

SHOP AT THE THRIFT STORE

When you shop at The Common Good Thrift Store, you’re not the only one who gets a great deal.   Sales from the Thrift Store funds the food pantry, provides free clothing to people in need, prevents utility disconnection and/or eviction through financial assistance, and provides back to school supplies for student to return to school ready to learn.
